Founder and Partner
When Saar Swartzon takes on your case, he means it. Raised in Orange County and trained at USC and Southwestern University School of Law, where he competed nationally in trial advocacy and graduated near the top of his class, Saar built his entire legal career around one principle: his clients heal, he fights. From the moment he commits to representing you, your only job is recovery. His is justice.
After gaining valuable legal experience in Chicago and obtaining his license to practice law in Illinois, Saar Swartzon decided to return to California to be closer to his family. Once back, Saar joined a renowned bankruptcy and litigation firm, where he focused on real estate and trustee litigation in federal court, representing trustees in bankruptcy cases. This experience deepened his legal expertise and provided him with a strong foundation for his future work in personal injury law.
Saar Swartzon has been consistently recognized for his outstanding legal expertise and dedication to his clients. His accolades include:
These distinctions reflect Saar’s commitment to excellence, his reputation among peers, and his relentless pursuit of justice for his clients

Saar found his calling representing victims of asbestos exposure.
He sat with the injured, heard their stories, and walked into courtrooms ready to fight with everything he had — because for him, this was never just a case file. It was someone’s life. That dedication translated into a $36 million jury verdict in 2004, ranked among the 48 largest in the United States that year. The same heart that drove him to fight for clients drove him to teach Trial Advocacy at Southwestern University School of Law — because great advocacy, in his view, is both learned and lived.
