Our client was driving between jobs when another driver, who was traveling much too fast on the freeway, lost control of his vehicle and caused a massive multi-party crash. Our client’s vehicle was damaged so severely that all four doors had to be removed by emergency personnel to extract him from his car. Luckily, our client did not suffer life threatening injuries but suffered painful broken ribs among other injuries that put him off of work for an extended period of time. Ultimately, we were able to resolve the matter for all available policy limits for our client.
