Skateboard Accident | Out of Court Settlement

A young woman decided to let her friend drive her vehicle, while our client was being pulled gently on a skateboard next to the vehicle. Without warning, the driver suddenly sped up,causing our client to lose control of her skateboard and fall under the vehicle where she was run over by a rear tire. Luckily, our client survived without life threatening injuries and despite the adversary insurance arguing it was our client’s fault, we resolved the matter out of court for nearly one million dollars.
