Our client’s late husband (and a father of several young children) tragically lost his life in a horrific, multiple-car collision on a local freeway. The defendants included not only the adversary driver but the owner of a vehicle who failed to properly maintain the vehicle for safe use on the streets and highways. The family we represented will always remain in our hearts for the horrific loss they suffered.
